I’m a people leader turned coach and the founder of LeadReady Coaching.
For over a decade I’ve built and led high‑performing teams across a range of sectors. Along the way, I discovered the most reliable way to unlock performance wasn’t a new process - it was coaching: helping people build confidence, communicate clearly, and focus on what matters.
Today I coach new and aspiring managers who want to move from uncertainty to confident, effective leadership. My approach is practical and outcomes‑driven. You’ll leave each session knowing exactly what to try next and how to measure progress.
I’m currently completing my coaching accreditation and combine that training with lived leadership experience, straight‑talking support, and a healthy dose of accountability.

Coaching is a structured, future‑focused conversation that helps you clarify goals, build awareness, and take accountable action. It’s collaborative and tailored to your context and aimed at improving performance, leadership behaviours, and decision‑making.
Mentoring shares advice from someone who’s “been there”. Therapy addresses mental health and past issues. Coaching centres on your goals and strengths, using questions and frameworks to help you find your own solutions. If therapeutic support is needed, I will sign‑post appropriately.
Coaching is right for you if you want to make a concrete change, like clarifying priorities, increasing leadership impact, or strengthening stakeholder relationships, and you’re ready to do the work. You’ll get a thinking partner, practical tools, and accountable momentum.
Typical outcomes include clearer priorities, stronger stakeholder relationships, improved team engagement, and faster, more confident decision‑making. We’ll define KPIs (e.g., 360 feedback themes, engagement scores, delivery timelines) up front and track progress.
Yes. Individual session content is confidential. With organisation‑sponsored coaching, we share progress themes or outcomes only by prior agreement. I follow UK GDPR and recognised coaching ethics (e.g., ICF/EMCC).
Coaching is delivered with respect and cultural sensitivity. I create a psychologically safe environment and encourage goals that strengthen inclusion and equitable leadership.
I collect only essential information, store it securely, and retain it for the minimum necessary period. Personal data is not shared without your consent.
